Formula 1 — a balanced meal
Formula 1 is a meal shake: protein plus 25 vitamins and minerals, designed to replace a meal. Around 18g protein with milk, about 222 kcal. Choose it when you want a complete, quick breakfast or lunch. Price: £29.50.
Protein Drink Mix — a protein boost
PDM is a protein supplement, not a full meal: 15g of soy and whey protein per serving, low in fat and sugar (about 110 kcal with water). Choose it as a snack, a post-workout top-up, or to add protein to your Formula 1. Price: £35.00.
Which should you pick?
- Want to replace a meal? Formula 1.
- Want extra protein between meals or after the gym? Protein Drink Mix.
- Want maximum protein in one shake? Use both together — many customers add a scoop of PDM to their Formula 1.
